I was the stereotypical yo-yo dieter, up and down. And it was always emotional for me. I’m a mom, a wife and an employee, and I gave and gave to everyone else but never did anything for me. I finally realized I had to do this for myself, so I called Results and lost 76 pounds. I know if I can do this, anyone can.
 

It Fits My Lifestyle

The best thing about Results is that it fits my lifestyle. We’re an active family and on the go with our kids. If I had to count points or warm up pre-packaged food, it just wouldn’t work. Results accommodates my real life; I can go to a restaurant and order off the menu or I can cook at home. And there’s no type of food I can’t have – no matter what I’m craving there’s something in my program to satisfy me.
 

Accountability Is Where It’s At

The counselors are nice and have become my friends. I like that I’m accountable to someone for what I eat and what I choose. I’m doing this for myself, but I want to make them happy and proud of me, too. The weight loss has been pound by pound, but looking back I see just how quickly it has come off and how fun it has been because of the community of support that I received at Results.
 

I Did It For Me, But It Benefits All Of Us

I never wanted to be the center of attention, but now I have more self-esteem and I’m comfortable in front of people. I’m happy I took control and lost this weight for me. When I was heavy, I never participated, but now I’ll try anything. I can act like a kid and go, go, go! We do a lot of activities as a family now, and it has brought us closer together. Canoeing, biking, walking – we love to be outdoors. And now I can share in what my husband and kids are doing instead of just watching. We also eat healthy and have a lot of fun together. Losing weight has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!
